How do I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email is sent once your order leaves our warehouse.

It includes a tracking number you can use on the carrier's website or our tracking page. Allow up to 48 hours after receiving the email for tracking information to update.

What if my order doesn't meet my expectations?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days.

US & CA: 6-14 business days (Handling Time+Transit Time).
Please note: During high-volume periods like Black Friday or Sale, slight delays may occur.

Do you restock products that are sold out?

Core products in our range are restocked regularly.

I didn't get a confirmation email after ordering.

Confirmation emails are sent automatically at the time of purchase.

If it hasn't arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam folder. If it's not there, the email address on your order may have a typo.

Contact info@cicimi.com and we'll resend the confirmation.

Is it possible to modify or cancel an order after placing it?

Orders move through our fulfillment process quickly. If you need to make a change, email info@cicimi.com as soon as possible with the subject line: ORDER CHANGE REQUEST. If the order has already been packed or picked up by the carrier, changes aren't possible — but you can return the item once it arrives.

I made a mistake with my shipping address.

Email us at info@cicimi.com right away. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the address. Once it's been handed to the carrier, we can't make changes on our end

contact the carrier directly to request a redirect. Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How is my order shipped?

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order details. The carrier assigned to your shipment is confirmed in your shipping notification email.

My order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived.

Check your mailbox, front porch, and any secure drop-off spots at your address. Check with neighbors or your building's reception if applicable. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a few hours early — wait 24 hours before escalating. If the item still hasn't arrived, contact info@cicimi.com with your order number.

Are there any extra fees on delivery?

No. Orders shipped within the US / CA, are not subject to customs or import fees.

RETURN & REFUNDS

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. In those cases, we cover the return cost — email info@cicimi.com before sending anything back so we can arrange it.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund is applied to the original payment method in the currency of the original order.

All transactions on cicimi.com use SSL encryption. Your card details are not stored on our end — payments are processed directly by our payment provider

My discount code isn't working at checkout.

Check the following:

confirm the code hasn't expired, verify it's not being combined with another discount (most codes don't stack), and make sure it applies to the items in your cart.

Some codes exclude sale items. Enter the code without any spaces. If it still doesn't work, contact us before completing your order and we'll look into it.
