Order Cancellation Policy
This Order Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on Cicimi (Cicimi.com). Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you may request to cancel your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
Cancellation Window
You must submit your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order will have entered processing and we may be unable to cancel it before dispatch.
How to Cancel Your Order
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible using the details below:

- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT-07:00)
We will confirm whether your order can be cancelled based on its current status.
If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched
If your order has already been handed to the carrier at the time of your request, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please wait for the delivery and refer to our Return Policy to arrange a return once the item arrives.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:
- Refund method: to the original payment method used at purchase
- Processing time: within 10 business days
- Currency: refunded in the currency of your original order — USD for US orders, CAD for Canadian orders
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear in your account.
Order Modifications
If you need to change your order (e.g. size, color, quantity or delivery address) rather than cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
